Interview
Why should I recruit you ?

For years now, I’ve managed to achieve both academic success and track&field meaningful results. However, the facilities and the support athletes can enjoy in the US is really what I miss to perform even more on the track. As I am a perfectionist, my determination is limitless and I’m keen and willing to work hard until my coach and I are satisfied. I am convinced I have great room for improvement in the 400-meter hurdles and I’d be extremely proud to represent my college throughout the country.
Why do you want to compete at US Colleges?
I know that competing at US colleges would give me the opportunity to perform in perfect conditions, as much in my studies since the US education system seems to fit my personality, as on the track thanks to the close accompanying athletes can benefit from their training and recovery.
What do you want to achieve in Track/XC?

Of course my main goal will be to set new records on every distance, especially in the 400-meter hurdles where I’m already so excited to get under the minute. Also, I wish I will discover a new me, an unexpected Alice and challenge myself to discover greater abilities thanks to the US training methods.
College and life goals?

It really matters to me to keep being the very good student I’ve always been, and to get a diploma which will enable me to choose a job I love, so I can be fulfilled at work. I already know that socializing, travelling, sharing and learning have been and will still be an essential element of my life; the project I’m applying for today is in line with it.

Anything to add?
Although it’s been 3 years that I’ve been thinking about studying and training in the US, today I am convinced that it is my way. Moving has never been a problem to me, for I am motivated and can easily adapt. Neither has workload, because I’m used to having both a busy schedule and a daily sports activity. Living the American experience is now self-evident to me, and also a challenge that I can’t wait to take up.
