Why should I recruit you ?
I started Triathlon when I was twelve, therefore I have been running for 6 six years. Knowing that running is really what I like the most, I decided to focus on it since last September.
I am currently running 6 times a week. Also, I obtained promising results at the National Prom-Classic 10k Race in Nice last January, which confirms a great physical potential with significant abilities for long distance as well as good results in Cross country.
My key asset is my mental strength as I never give up till I have reached my target: I start a race relying on my legs and complete it thanks to my head.
Based on my work and my personal involvement together with the coaching and huge opportunity to daily train in an American University with other motivated athletes, it will strongly push me to improve my performances and become a top performer in your team.
Why do you want to compete at US Colleges?
American Universities are the place to be when you want to combine both serious studies and high level of sport. This is the reason why, according to me, to integrate an American University would be the BEST WAY to start my studies and a key step as a growing athlete.
Last but not the least, American Schools are giving the key to become the best performer that you can be by providing the most suitable environment such as dedicated coaching and care staff and high performances infrastructures to train and compete. Also I feel that athletes are recognized for their involvement and performances, which is very important to me.
What do you want to achieve in Track/XC?
My goal consists in improving both speed and endurance over longer distances that is on 10000m, I want to be under 30’ and on the 5000m, my goal is to be under 14’50.
Because I definitely focused on running since last September and because most of French National Championships for which I was qualified have been delayed, I don’t know my limits yet, but what I know is that I am determined to push them as far as possible. Of course, my ambition is to be recognized as a good performer in your team, but my ultimate target for the next years would be to wear the French team jersey as well.
College and life goals?
If I cannot live without sport and challenges, I obviously wish to seriously prepare and secure my professional life as well.
This is the reason why American studies are meeting all my expectations. It deals with the top solution as It will not only allow me to become a good performer in sport, it will also allow me to be fluent in English, discover a new country and a new culture I am very curious.
I am fully interested in business subjects such as Economy, Marketing and Finance and will work hard to obtain my MBA.
My scientific and mathematics knowledges will be useful to tackle my favorite business subjects like the stocks exchange I am following each day.
Of course, I am ready to give a lot and involve in the life of the school especially in solidarity or any sustainable development projects as far as most of us, I am very concerned to preserve our world.
Anything to add?
You should take advantage of my potential and rely on my personal involvement and working hard to become the best mentally and physically well-balanced person that I can and proudly represent your School.
For some years, I have been following French athletes playing and progressing abroad, now, I am physically and mentally ready, it’s my turn…
